I will be placing articles here on this site to prove a point relative to law enforcement and that is they are NOT the arbiter in many cases of firearm laws and can be incorrect. In the battle for freedom and justice against hoplophobic hypocrites who are the worst bigots ever, claiming to be tolerant to moslems whose Koran says, “Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them” and inversely uncivil, bigoted and prejudicial against another minority, legal owners of firearms.

Today the CYSTEm, is saturated with politically correct kooks whose religion of dialectic secular humanism aka political correctness is totally intolerant and stalinist stooges inhibit the halls of ASSademia and demand adherence to their state religion, and human rights be damned.

It is important that the CYSTem is little more than a huge pile of manure and it is indeed vulnerable, as some are going to find down the line. An example?

The late and great David Tomlinson told a true story about a Constable who tried to steal the guns of a deceased man, a criminal offense of theft.He had attended the home of the deceased immediately after the funeral but was repulsed by a steel safe. This moron continued on several occasions, creating fear in the widow.

The facts were that the firearms were in the legal possession of the executor, the aggrieved widow. Section 91(4) Criminal Code – “an Executor is exempt from most firearm control laws except the storage requirement. Police exposed her to excessive and unwarranted actions and should have been prosecuted.

Mr Tomlinson also wrote of a criminal offence committed by police who stole a firearm collection from the executor of the estate based on the ridiculous and unsubstantiated excuse that the dead owner had been in an altercation with his neighbor. The favorite and most used lie by the left is to label(LIBEL) freedom loving gun owners as being violent. I do know if anyone wearing a badge and especially a “defective” tried to steal my guns based on that BS excuse, I would laugh in his face and tell him to get the hell off my property or I would call the RCMP and my lawyer to file criminal charges against him. Mr Tomlinson himself wrote a letter demanding the police return her property by authority of CC s.337, 91 (4) and 92 (4) The demands were hand delivered to the police headquarters and the firearms including rifles, shotguns, restricted handguns and prohibited handguns were returned to her with apologies and without any conditions.

Police seem to think that they are the only ones who should have firearms and in these cases, they illegally think they have the power and duty to seize firearms at the drop of a hat when they do not and illegally steal private property.

The police more and more resemble what has been described to me as a “sh** show” in more than a few cases so do not trust their integrity, especially the “new age” affirmative action woke morons who think an upside down flag is an act of sedition but denying Charter rights and committing criminal offences is fine.

To be really effective, be familiar with facts and firearm laws because there are more than a few police who are themselves confused as to how these stalinist hoplophobic laws are written.

Never forget that our adversaries are vulnerable and offences committed by the powers that be need to be punished by lawsuits, and criminal charges.

My next foray into the facts is the defense of basic human rights oft violated by the corrupt CYSTem and its useful idiots. This next piece will be a continuation attacking the adversaries who are often on illegal ground again in their biased and bigoted determinations.

I would like to add a point that came to mind when I watched a junior “defective” preening his miserable carcass, patting his perm applied curly hair, and stroking his fancy ass pants. For some reason this arrogant anomie seemed to be proud in his position as the protector of the faith and the ultimate gift to women. Such are prone to self importance before a fall humbles them but believe me they will fall.

I would like to say that the profession I have worked in for three decades has a higher injury and fatality rate than police or fire fighting work. Arborists are ranked at the third most dangerous professions. The defective would be unable to do half a days work or even carry the tools of a certified arborist for a four hour shift. I was not nor am impressed in any event.

Do not forget that knowledge is power and so my opposition to and battle with the corrupt CYSTem on this score begins. The cause has been the increase and corruption of politically correct bigotry by the CYSTem in almost all its entirety and the abuse of power I see more and more. In the end, as always, the devil will get his dues. Never fails.
